Jen doesn’t think she’s beautiful. Sees her features as piggy, her hair as chaos. I’m no better. My body seems to me to be a floppy tube of Go-gurt.

And neither one is true, of course, and man oh man it was never less true about Jen than yesterday. Couldn’t get unglued from her brown eyes during the ceremony, lost myself in her hair. She’s a deeply beautiful woman, smart and silly, and this Go-gurt is impossibly lucky to have her.

We found him! He ran to a backyard all the way on the other side of Potrero Hill, all the way up Vermont and all the way down again. Worst night of our lives, don’t know how we would have made it through the wedding.

Thank you, everyone at Tumblr, everyone on Tumblr, you are an impossibly warm and generous lot. Thank you to Sergeant Yoshii of the SFPD, whom we ran into at Safeway and who blotted our sobs a bit. Morris update: some people we ran into saw him running around near 19th and Kansas last night, up in Potrero Hill, but none of them managed to get ahold of him. We searched from 17th to 20th and from Vermont to De Haro and couldn’t find him.

Thank you so much to everyone who’s already reblogged this, and for all the support in general. We’ve notified animal control and we’ll be flyering/searching all day. If anyone has suggestions about other things we should be doing, let us know. And please keep your fingers crossed for little Morris.
